TBC Distribution launches online ordering portal
TBC Distribution launched an online ordering portal late last month to offer its New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory customers a faster, simpler and more convenient way to order.
Exclusive to current account customers, the new online ordering portal offers a number of features to streamline the ordering process to improve accuracy and efficiency.
“Customers no longer need to remember product names, codes or sizes,” said Managing Director Shane Leigh.
“With the Quick Order option, a customer can login and order from a list of previously ordered products at any time, day or night.”
“The self-serve aspect will also enable customers to get access to important information quicker such as pricing, stock availability, product specials and past invoices.”
TBC Distribution’s online ordering portal will also improve safety compliance for its customers by offering easy downloads of Safety Date Sheets (SDS) and Specification Sheets.
“It is a requirement of Safework Australia that all businesses keep copies of SDS for chemicals they use onsite to ensure the safe storage and handling as well as knowing what to do in the event of an emergency,” said Mr Leigh.
“We have always been very proud of our commitment to assisting our customers to ensure safety compliance and are pleased to make access to important documents even easier with no login required.”
“Resources to promote handy hygiene in the workplace to reduce the spread of germs are also available for download.”
For the environmentally conscious business, TBC Distribution’s new online portal allows you to view environmentally friendly products such as chemicals, hand soap, recycled paper products and more.
“Customers often want natural cleaning products but the reality is that they are not as effective or efficient as chemicals,” said Mr Leigh.
“TBC Distribution is committed to offering products with a low environmental burden to contribute towards global sustainability. Many of the chemicals we offer are biodegradable and non-hazardous to the aquatic environment.”
